使用差式扫描量热仪和电子万能试验机,研究了Ni47Ti44Nb9冷拉丝及热拉丝的室温力学性能、相变温度、恢复应变。结果表明,随退火温度升高,Ni47Ti44Nb9冷拉丝、热拉丝的抗拉强度、屈服强度降低,延伸率升高,马氏体相变温度升高,相变热增加;预应变后记忆恢复应变减小,第一次加热的相变温度升高,相变温度间隔增加。适当热机械处理会提高Ni47Ti44Nb9丝材的记忆性能,40%冷拉丝不同温度退火时,记忆恢复应变优于热拉丝。
Using differential scanning calorimeter and electronic universal testing machine, the mechanical properties of Ni47Ti44Nb9 cold drawing and hot drawing at room temperature, phase transition temperature, recovery strain were studied. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of Ni47Ti44Nb9 cold drawing and hot drawing decrease, the elongation increases, the martensitic transformation temperature increases and the phase transformation heat increases. The strain recovery after pre-strain decreases Small, the phase change temperature of the first heating increases, the phase transition temperature interval increases. Appropriate thermo-mechanical treatment will improve the memory performance of Ni47Ti44Nb9 wire. When 40% cold wire drawing is annealed at different temperatures, the memory recovery strain is better than that of hot wire drawing.
