吐哈油田勘探研究院自上个世纪90年代成立以来,形成了较为完善的人才培养机制,并进行不断优化和创新,在吐哈油田勘探技术进步和科研攻关上取得丰硕成果,为吐哈油田勘探技术的突破做出了突出贡献。本文从吐哈油田勘探研究院人才培养机制出发,结合吐哈油田研究院多年来的一些行之有效的人才培养机制和人才使用途径,分析了研究院人才资源结构和技术素质,指出了吐哈油田勘探研究院在人才培养机制所具有的优势和创新性,本课题研究以吐哈油田勘探研究院人才培养机制为例,对于石油企业具有现实借鉴意义。
Since its establishment in the 90s of last century, Turpan-Hami Oilfield Exploration and Research Institute has formed a relatively complete talent cultivation mechanism and has been continuously optimizing and innovating. The Turpan-Hami Oilfield Exploration and Research Institute has made great achievements in exploration and technological research and breakthroughs in Tuha Oilfield Exploration technology breakthrough has made outstanding contributions. Based on the personnel training mechanism of Tuha Oilfield Exploration and Research Institute and the effective personnel training mechanism and talent use approach of Turpan-Hami Oilfield Research Institute over the years, this paper analyzes the structure and technical quality of Talents Resource Institute of Turpan-Hami Oilfield, Oilfield Exploration and Research Institute in personnel training mechanism has the advantages and innovation, the subject of the study of Turpan-Hami Oilfield Exploration and Training Institute personnel training mechanism as an example, for oil companies have practical significance.
