Dual specificity phosphatases 6 (DUSP6) is a bispecific protein phosphatase that is mainly a negative feedback regulated retrovirus-associated DNA sequence - retrovirus associated DNA sequences-extracellular signal regulated kinase, RAS-ERK1 / 2) signaling pathway. However, once the negative feedback regulation of RUSERK1 / 2 signal transduction pathway is broken, DUSP6 may cause tumors and even malignant differentiation. In recent years, the role of DUSP6 in tumor formation, invasion, metastasis and tumor therapy has become a new research hotspot, which can contribute to the diagnosis of many malignant tumors and the prognosis of treatment.
