一、不满足于集中教育整顿的一时之效,始终抓住干部经常性教育管理的落实。集中教育整顿是解决干部队伍倾向性问题的一种有效手段。但要全面加强干部队伍建设,必须在经常性教育管理上下功夫。一是集中教育整顿具有阶段性和突击性的特征。集中教育整顿由于时间较短,取得的成果还缺乏坚实基础,具有一定的有限性、表面性和不稳定性成份,客观上要求把经常性教育管理作为集中教育整顿的继续和延伸,作为深化和扩大成果的保证。二是集中教育整顿解决的问题,根源于平时教育管理不够落实。集中教育整顿解决的问题,大都经历了较长时期的酝酿积累。如果平时工作做好了,小范围潜滋暗长的苗头,绝不会在大范围形成倾向,进而迫不得已用集中教育整顿的方式解决。
