本文介绍了柴油机燃用水油乳化液的燃烧情况,其目的是提高燃油经济性和降低对环境的污染。一般认为,在燃用水油乳化液时,乳化水滴会产生“微爆”。然而,在直喷式和预燃式柴油机上进行的试验既没能予以证实,也没有决然地予以否定。燃用乳化液时NO_x 的排放量降低了。而排气烟度和颗粒排放则随着水油乳化液中含水量的增加,对于预燃室式是降低了,对于直喷式是提高了。本项研究工作是由柏林工业大学内燃机教研室等单位联合完成的。
This article describes the combustion of diesel fuel oil emulsion, its purpose is to improve fuel economy and reduce environmental pollution. It is generally believed that emulsified water droplets will produce “micro-explosions” when burning water-in-oil emulsions. However, tests carried out on direct injection and pre-combustion diesel engines have neither been confirmed nor definitively rejected. NOx emissions are reduced when the emulsion is used. The exhaust smoke and particulate emissions with water and oil emulsion with water content increases, for the pre-combustion chamber is reduced, for direct injection is increased. The work of this research is jointly completed by the internal combustion engine department and other units of the Technical University of Berlin.
