报道了不同条件下闭路养鲍水中细菌数量、形态随时间的变化以及臭氧、石莼抑菌效果。实验证实 ,养鲍水中细菌数量在 ( 1.12~ 4 3.93)× 10 5ml- 1范围内变化 ,比对照海水中细菌数量高 1~ 2个数量级 ,投饵养鲍水中细菌数量比未投饵养鲍水中细菌数量略高 ,与NH4 -N、NO2 -N、COD、PO4 -P没有关联度。随着闭路养鲍时间的延长 ,养鲍水中细菌数量在水平方向上呈现较大幅度的波动 ,细菌形态呈现有规律的交替。每间隔 12h按 0 .4 17mg/ (h·L)臭氧剂量注入养鲍水中 1h能很好地抑制养鲍水中的细菌 ,但石莼抑菌效果不好。
Reported under different conditions, closed-circuit raise Bao bacteria in water volume, morphological changes with time, as well as ozone, stone antimicrobial effect.
