补偿收缩混凝土是近年来针对超长现浇混凝土结构发展起来的一种新的混凝土品种,通过在普通混凝土中掺入一定数量的膨胀剂,水化后产生一定量的体积膨胀,在钢筋和邻位的约束下,在结构中建立0.2~0.8MPa预压应力,这一压应力可抵消混凝土在硬化过程中产生的收缩拉应力,从而使混凝土不裂不渗,实现混凝土结构的超长无缝施工。结合工作中积累的一些经验,分析有效控制补偿收缩混凝土裂缝的配合比设计措施。
Shrinkage-compensated concrete is a new type of concrete developed for cast-in-place concrete structures in recent years. By adding a certain amount of expansion agent to ordinary concrete, a certain amount of volume expansion occurs after hydration. Bit constraints, the establishment of 0.2 ~ 0.8MPa pre-stress in the structure, the compressive stress can counteract the contraction of concrete in the hardening process of tensile stress, so that the concrete does not split impermeable to achieve seamless long concrete structures construction.
