目的探讨Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中细胞角蛋白19(CK19)表达情况与预后的相关性。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的Ⅰ期NSCLC患者120例,且所有患者均进行手术治疗,并于术中测定患者的CK19表达情况,术后进行为期2年的随访,统计肿瘤复发及转移发生情况。分析CK19表达情况与预后的相关性。结果随访2年,120例Ⅰ期NSCLC患者中发生复发及转移40例,发生率为33.33%(40/120)。不同预后情况患者的性别、年龄、病程及肿瘤直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)
