目的:比较GNG 中药抽出机与直火加热法、蒸气煎药法制备中药汤剂的质量。方法:以总固体含量的微生物限度为指标,比较3 种方法制备中药汤剂的质量。结果:GNG 中药抽出机制备中药汤剂的总固体含量是其余2 种方法的2 倍以上,保存时间较其余2 种方法长。结论:GNG 中药抽出机制备的汤剂质量优于直火加热法和蒸气煎药法,适宜于临床应用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction prepared by GNG traditional Chinese medicine extraction machine, direct fire heating method and steam decoction method. Methods: The microbiological limits of total solids content were used as indicators to compare the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction prepared by the three methods. Results: The total solid content of traditional Chinese medicine decoction prepared by GNG extraction machine was more than twice that of the other two methods, and the storage time was longer than the other two methods. Conclusion: The quality of decoction prepared by GNG extractor is superior to that of direct fire and steam decoction, which is suitable for clinical application.
