用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析研究了铀金属的不同表层在CO气氛中25、80和200℃时的表面反应。研究结果表明:CO与铀金属表层反应后,氧化物中氧含量减少,O/U比值随CO进气量的增加而减少;CO对铀金属表面的还原效果随温度和铀表层氧化程度的提高而加强;在CO气氛中,铀表面具有一定的抗氧化性。
The surface reactions of different uranium metal surfaces at 25, 80 and 200 ° C in a CO atmosphere were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that the oxygen content decreases and the O / U ratio decreases with the increase of CO input when the reaction of CO with uranium metal surface. The reduction effect of CO on uranium metal surface increases with the increase of temperature and uranium surface oxidation And strengthen; in the CO atmosphere, uranium surface has a certain degree of oxidation resistance.
