观察瓜蒌注射液对培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)增殖的影响。采用液闪法测定平滑肌细胞(SMC)氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入量,同时检测培养液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、前列环素(PGI_2)及环磷酸像苷(cAMP)的含量。结果:瓜蒌注射液能抑制SMC的~3H-TdR掺入量,其作用呈剂量依赖关系;增加SOD活性,降低LPO,升高PGI_2和cAMP水平(P均< 0.05~ 0.01)。提示:瓜蒌注射液能抑制SMC增殖。
Observe the effect of Kuafu injection on the proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC). The incorporation of 氚-thymidine (~3H-TdR) in smooth muscle cells (SMC) was measured by liquid scintillation assay. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxide (LPO), and prostanoids in the culture fluid were also measured. The content of PGI 2 and cAMP (cAMP). RESULTS: Gualou injection could inhibit the incorporation of ~3H-TdR in SMCs in a dose-dependent manner, increase SOD activity, decrease LPO, and increase the levels of PGI2 and cAMP (P < 0.05 to 0.01). . Tip: Gualou injection can inhibit SMC proliferation.
