观察瓜蒌注射液对培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞（ＳＭＣ）增殖的影响。采用液闪法测定平滑肌细胞（ＳＭＣ）氚－胸腺嘧啶核苷（~３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ）掺入量，同时检测培养液中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）、前列环素（ＰＧＩ_２）及环磷酸像苷（ｃＡＭＰ）的含量。结果：瓜蒌注射液能抑制ＳＭＣ的~３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入量，其作用呈剂量依赖关系；增加ＳＯＤ活性，降低ＬＰＯ，升高ＰＧＩ_２和ｃＡＭＰ水平（Ｐ均＜ ０．０５～ ０．０１）。提示：瓜蒌注射液能抑制ＳＭＣ增殖。
Observe the effect of Kuafu injection on the proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells (SMC). The incorporation of 氚-thymidine (~3H-TdR) in smooth muscle cells (SMC) was measured by liquid scintillation assay. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxide (LPO), and prostanoids in the culture fluid were also measured. The content of PGI 2 and cAMP (cAMP). RESULTS: Gualou injection could inhibit the incorporation of ~3H-TdR in SMCs in a dose-dependent manner, increase SOD activity, decrease LPO, and increase the levels of PGI2 and cAMP (P < 0.05 to 0.01). . Tip: Gualou injection can inhibit SMC proliferation.
