以异源细胞质小麦为材料 ,采用外植体愈伤组织赤霉菌毒素抗性鉴定、麦穗单花定位注射接种鉴定和田间抗病鉴定 3种方法 ,研究细胞质对小麦赤霉病抗性的遗传效应 .结果表明 :某些同核异质系之间愈伤组织赤霉菌毒素抗性不同 ;不同核质组合细胞质效应差异 ,表现出特定的核质互作关系 .异源细胞质小麦与感病普通小麦品种正反交子一代植株之间赤霉病抗性有较明显的差异 ,偏凸山羊草细胞质小麦与感病小麦品种或抗病小麦品种正反交杂种子一代之间相比较均表现出优良的异源细胞质抗性效应 .与一般普通小麦品种比较 ,多数供试异源细胞质小麦有较强的抗病性 ,几个偏凸山羊草细胞质小麦选系抗赤霉病能力强 ,抗性稳定 ,可能是较好的新抗源 .进一步研究异源细胞质效应 ,探索抗赤霉病小麦育种新方法很有意义 .
