图1是TG-452型汽车起重机液压系统图。该机最大起重量为45吨。四节伸缩臂总长为32米,二节副臂长为14.2米。其液压系统为开式多泵定量系统。采用三个齿轮泵P_1、P_2、P_3供油,P_1为单泵,P_2、P_3为双联泵,它们均由一台八缸Ⅴ型水冷柴油机驱动。起升机构采用独立油路,由泵P_1供油;变幅机构和伸缩臂机构采用串并联油路,由泵P_2供油;支腿和回转机构采用串联油路,由泵P_3供油。
Figure 1 is a hydraulic system diagram of the TG-452 truck crane. The maximum capacity of the aircraft is 45 tons. The total length of the four-section telescopic arm is 32 meters, and the length of the second section is 14.2 meters. Its hydraulic system is an open multi-pump quantitative system. Three gear pumps P_1, P_2, P_3 are used to supply oil, P_1 is a single pump, and P_2, P_3 are double pumps, all driven by an eight-cylinder V-type water-cooled diesel engine. The hoisting mechanism adopts an independent oil circuit and is supplied by the pump P_1; the luffing mechanism and the telescopic arm mechanism adopt a series-parallel oil path, and the oil is supplied by the pump P_2; the leg and the slewing mechanism adopt a tandem oil path and is supplied by the pump P_3.
