中华巨葱是中国农业大学刘介卿教授培育的大葱新品种,以葱株高大、葱白粗长、味道特鲜、做菜香浓等优点而驰名中外。株高1.6m,最高达2m,葱白长80cm,单株重达1000g以上,最大单株重达1500g(三市斤)。适应性广,能种玉米地块皆可种植,可春、夏、秋播。每667m~2产量平均达8000～10000kg,每667m~2收入达万元左右。产量和收入均为其他名葱的3～4 Chinese giant shallot is a new variety of Chinese onion cultivated by Professor Liu Jieqing of China Agricultural University.
