21世纪是信息化的社会,诸多随机性、不确定性因素造成市场的迅速改变,产品质量这一老生常谈的话题也是日新月异,唯一不变的是市场是检验其优劣的公平场所,顾客是最具有话语权的评判者。企业对工艺质量问题的高效执行力,则是其生存与发展的坚实基础。本文作者从工艺质量问题的界定、检查与考核三方面展开具体的阐述,对如何有效进行工艺质量问题的管控提出了自己的见解。
The 21st century is a society of information. With randomness and uncertainty, the market changes rapidly. The topic of product quality is changing rapidly. The only constant is that the market is a fair place to test its advantages and disadvantages. The customers are the most Judge with the right to speak. The efficient implementation of technological quality problems by enterprises is a solid basis for their survival and development.
