选用C57BL/6小鼠,随机分为3组,分别为黑桃素-BF低剂量组(10mg/ml)、中剂量组(30mg/ml)、高剂量组(50mg/ml),小鼠于背部双侧对称脱毛,试验侧外涂黑桃素-BF 0.1ml/次,对照侧外涂30%乙醇溶液0.1ml/次,连续外涂用药24天(每天2次),记录小鼠新生毛发生长状况评分分值,并检测黑桃素-BF对新生毛长、新生毛重、皮肤毛囊数量及真皮层厚度的影响。结果表明:黑桃素-BF高、中剂量组试验侧与对照侧比较,小鼠毛发再生、新生毛发长度及新生毛发重量均有显著性差异(P<0.05),皮肤毛囊数较对照侧有所增加,真皮层厚度有明显增加;低剂量组试验侧与对照侧比较,小鼠毛发再生有明显差异(P<0.05),新生毛发长度和新生毛发重量没有显著差异,皮肤毛囊数及真皮层厚度没有明显变化。结论:黑桃素-BF对小鼠毛发生长有明显的促进作用,能加快毛发生长速度,增加新生毛发长度和重量,并有增加生发区皮肤毛囊数量和真皮层厚度的趋势。

The results showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.05) in hair regrowth, newborn hair length and newborn hair weight between test and control sides in the high and middle dose of peach-BF, (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between newborn hair length and newborn hair weight, and the number of dermal follicles and dermis No significant change in thickness. CONCLUSION: There is a significant promoting effect of peachy-BF on hair growth in mice, which can accelerate the growth of hair, increase the length and weight of newborn hair, and increase the number of hair follicles and the thickness of dermis in germinal areas.
