前言近年来表面活性剂用于分光光度法取得了较好效果,它具有能使被测离子灵敏度提高,发色显著,稳定时间持久等优点,深为分析化学工作者所瞩目。最近表面活性剂在分析方法上有了新的途径,对于生成难溶性络合物不必萃取而直接增溶,如PAN(1—(2—吡啶偶氮)—2萘酚)一类有机试剂能与大多数金属离子在特定条件下生成难溶于水的络合物,按惯例应用有机试剂进行萃取,然后用分光光度法测定其浓度。现用非离子型表面活性剂可使难溶性络合物增溶于表面活性剂胶束中直接进行比色测定,取得良好效果。此方法不仅简化分析步骤,又减少了误差。
Preface In recent years, surfactant for spectrophotometry has achieved good results, it can make the measured ion sensitivity, hair color significantly, the advantages of long-lasting stability, deep analytical chemists are attracted. Recently, there has been a new way in the analysis of surfactants. For the formation of insoluble complexes, no direct extraction is required to extract such organic compounds as PAN (1- (2-pyridylazo) -2-naphthol) With most metal ions under specific conditions to generate water-insoluble complexes, the conventional use of organic reagents for extraction, and then determine the concentration by spectrophotometry. The present non-ionic surfactant can solubilize the insoluble complex in the surfactant micelles and directly perform the colorimetric determination, achieving good results. This method not only simplifies the analysis step but also reduces the error.
