随着铁路建设的快速发展,一批又一批青年不断加入到铁路运输工作当中,为铁路职工队伍注入了新鲜血液。南昌铁路局关工委根据路局党委要求,制定了青工帮扶三年规划,并称之为“青工职业人生导航教育”工程。他们坚持以社会主义核心价值观为主线,把青工教育帮扶分为导航教育、跟踪教育、深入教育三个阶段,把“青工满意、领导满意、自己满意”和“有方向、有事做、有作为、有地位”作为关工委工作的努力方向,取得很好成效。
