在掌握大量文献的基础上,本文采用了历史的研究方法,探讨了美国中小学教师聘任制度的历史沿革,共分为五个时期对教师聘任制度在不同历史阶段的发展状况进行了梳理。
On the basis of mastering a large number of literatures, this thesis adopts the historical research methods and explores the history of the appointment system of primary and secondary school teachers in the United States. It is divided into five periods which review the development of teachers’ appointment system at different historical stages.
