长期以来 ,我国竞争法立法未取得大的进展 ,归根结底是对于竞争法的地位及竞争法的重要性和紧迫性认识不足。竞争法是经济法的核心内容。经济法是为市场服务的法 ,市场的活力之源是竞争 ,这两点决定了竞争法的核心地位。我国建设社会主义市场经济体制的实践要求尽快出台竞争法 ,加入WTO以后更进一步提出了竞争法立法的必要性与紧迫法。
For a long time, great progress has not been made in the legislation of competition law in our country. In the final analysis, there is not enough understanding of the status of competition law and the importance and urgency of competition law. Competition law is the core of economic law. Economic law is the law that serves the market. The source of the vitality of the market is competition, which determines the core of the competition law. The practice of building a socialist market economic system in our country calls for the promulgation of a competition law as soon as possible. After joining the WTO, the necessity and urgency of legislation on competition law are further advanced.
