各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:为了贯彻落实国务院颁布的《娱乐场所管理条例》,加强社会主义精神文明建设,有效推进税费改革、规范政府部门行政行为,现就取消我省娱乐场所文化市场管理费和调整娱乐业营业税税率有关问题通知如下:一、自1999年7月1日起取消我省各级文化行政部门对娱乐业收取的管理费,同时将娱乐业营业税由现行10%的税率调整至16%。
