通过热模拟试验测定了X60级管线钢以 0 1~ 2 0s-1的应变速率在 90 0~ 1 0 5 0℃温度区间压缩变形过程中的真应力 -真应变曲线 ,观察了变形后空冷至室温的显微组织 .结果表明 :在此变形条件下 ,材料没有发生动态再结晶 ,但随着变形温度的升高和变形速率的下降 ,将出现动态回复现象 ;低温和大变形速率变形能细化铁素体晶粒组织 .
The true stress-strain curves of X60 grade pipeline steel during the compressive deformation at the temperature range of 90 0 ~ 105 0 ℃ at 0 1 ~ 2 0s-1 strain rate were determined by thermal simulation test.
