目的将地理信息系统应用到核事故医学应急工作中,提高核事故医学应急响应的时效性、指挥决策的正确性和科学性,进而提高应急响应能力和水平。方法在核事故医学应急决策支持系统中利用GIS的功能,综合分析处理核设施、射线装置、核事故医学应急救援力量、资源等地理信息,辅助核事故医学应急指挥决策工作。结果核事故医学应急决策支持系统中的GIS模块,能综合各种信息,分析选择救治医院和应急物资储备点;准确定位事故发生地,并合理调用应急资源,根据现场数据进行事故影响范围和发展趋势分析。结论将GIS用于核事故医学应急中,有助于提高应急响应速度,合理分布、调用应急资源。
Objective To apply geographic information system to medical emergency work of nuclear accident and improve the timeliness of medical emergency response and the correctness and scientific of command and decision, so as to improve the ability and level of emergency response. Methods The medical emergency decision support system for nuclear accidents was used to make use of the functions of GIS to synthetically analyze and deal with the medical emergency command and decision-making of nuclear facilities, radiological equipment, medical emergency rescue forces and resources of nuclear accidents. Results The GIS module in medical emergency decision support system of nuclear accident could comprehensively analyze various information, analyze and choose the hospital for emergency treatment and reserve of emergency supplies, accurately locate the accident location and reasonably call emergency resources, and carry out the accident influence scope and development according to the site data trend analysis. Conclusion It is helpful to use GIS in medical emergency of nuclear accident, which can help to improve emergency response speed, distribute reasonably and call emergency resources.
