目的:评价地黄导痰汤对血管性痴呆痰浊蒙窍型患者生活质量的影响.方法:将80例血管性痴呆痰浊蒙窍型患者随机分为2组,治疗组51例子地黄导痰胶囊+多奈哌齐(地黄导痰胶囊5粒/次,3次/d口服,多奈哌齐胶囊1粒/次,每早口服,每日中午及下午各给予安慰剂1粒);对照组29例予多奈哌齐治疗(多奈哌齐胶囊1粒/次,1次/d口服,每早给予安慰剂5粒,每日中午及下午给予安慰剂6粒),两组总疗程均为12周.结果:两组治疗后SF-36量表评分均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组治疗后SF-36量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗后ADL量表评分均较治疗前降低,HDS评分均较治疗前增加,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后两组比较,治疗组ADL评分低于对照组,HDS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:地黄导痰汤制剂能显著改善血管性痴呆痰浊蒙窍型患者的认知功能和日常生活能力,在提高临床治疗效果同时,不会增加不良反应发生率.“,”Objective:To explore the effects of Dihuang Daotan decoction on the quality of life of patients with Vascular Dementia.Method:The 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 51 cases,received Dihuang Daotan capsule + Donepezil (Dihuang Daotan capsule given Five at a time,three times a day orally,Donepezil every time 1 grain of every early oral,given a placebo 1 capsule daily noon and afternoon);29 cases of the control group,received Donepezil (Donepezil given 1 per day,each time 1 grain of oral,every morning and give the placebo five placebo at noon and afternoon 6 per day).The total treatment of two groups is 12 weeks.Results:The SF-36 scale score of the two groups after treatment significantly higher than before,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The SF-36 scale score of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The comparison of ADL scale score of the two groups showed that the treatment group ADL scores after treatment was statistically lower than the control group (P＜O.05).Two rating scale,according to the comparison group leader hasegawa dementia patients in treatment group after treatment HDS scores compared with control group difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dihuang Daotan preparation can significantly improve cognitive function in patients with VD and daily life ability,to improve clinical treatment effect and at the same time,will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions is of important clinical value.
