本文主要介绍对探伤缺陷实现自动记录和处理过程的第一个环节——探头信号的检出及预处理的基本方法和电路工作原理。由于采用特殊的高速取样、比较、判别电路克服了对脉冲峰值及位置同时采样的困难,解决了速度与器件价格的矛盾。采样区间由人为设定避免了杂波的干扰保证了工作的可靠性。该电路可直接与计算机联接进行数据处理。
This paper introduces the first part of automatic detection and detection of defects in the process of recording and processing - the detection of the probe signal and the basic methods of pre-processing and circuit working principle.
