利用开发的EngineCFD-Ⅱ程序,对S1100涡流室式柴油机压缩过程的气流运动进行了三维数值模拟论述了不同坐标系对网格划分和计算结果的影响,详细分析了直角坐标系下复杂体系边界条件的处理方法,给出三维模拟的计算结果,找出了涡流室内气体运动的真实过程和运动规律:在整个压缩过程中,涡流室内不存在刚体涡流,其窝心是在不断变化的,涡心位置的变化是主涡流运动和由主燃室经通道“压入”涡流室内的“射流”运动的综合结果
Using the developed EngineCFD-Ⅱ program, the three-dimensional numerical simulation of airflow in the compression process of the S1100 vortex chamber diesel engine is discussed. The influences of different coordinate systems on the meshing and calculation results are discussed.
