屋顶网架预制装配整体吊装在上海与兄弟省市过去搞过不少,但均系单层建筑。这次承建的上海体育学院二层球类房屋顶网架安装工程,需要在立柱联系梁等纵横构件与楼面结构安装好后,才能进行网架镶拼与安装。这样,施工条件就不同以往单层结构,无论对网架的镶拼或安装均增添了新的困难,吊装技术上难度较大。为了取得结构安装工作的主动权,保证工程任务的胜利实现,我们根据设计要求结合具体施工条件,曾设想过多种施工方案,对各种施工方案的利弊都作了一一比较,最后选定了既利工程质量又可缩短施工周期,以小机械代替大设备,且能确保安全施工的在楼面整体镶拼、双机整体抬吊的施工方案。

We have compared the advantages and disadvantages of various construction plans and selected them one by one. The construction plan of the entire construction of the floor and the integral lifting of the two cranes can ensure the construction quality of the project and shorten the construction period, replacing small machinery with large equipment, and ensuring safe construction.
