分别选用不同生长年龄的太白贝母鳞茎、种子和幼嫩叶片为实验材料,探索研究不同浓度6-BA与NAA组合对其不同器官的愈伤组织诱导和不定芽的发生情况。结果表明,不同浓度6-BA与NAA组合对太白贝母种子的诱导发芽效果差别不大;MS+NAA 1.0mg/L+6-BA 6mg/L的配方较适合太白贝母鳞片分化;MS+NAA 1.0mg/L+6-BA 2mg/L的配方较适合太白贝母幼叶分化。
The bulb, seed and young leaves of Fritillaria pallidiflora of different growth ages were selected as experimental materials to explore the induction of callus induction and adventitious buds of different organs with different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA. The results showed that the combination of 6-BA and NAA at different concentrations had no significant difference on the induction of germination of Fritillaria cirrhosa. The formula of MS + NAA 1.0 mg / L and 6-BA 6 mg / NAA 1.0mg / L + 6-BA 2mg / L formula is more suitable for Fritillaria leaflet differentiation.
