目的：观察地尔硫静脉注射对偏头痛的疗效。方法：偏头痛急性发作病人３４例（男性６例，女性２８例；年龄３１±ｓ５ａ），采用地尔硫注射液１０ｍｇ加入２５％葡萄糖液２０ｍＬ中静脉注射，所有病人均仅注射１次。结果：头痛消失或缓解者２９例，有效率为８５％，无１例出现不良反应。结论：地尔硫对偏头痛急性发作疗效满意，值得进一步验证应用。
Objective: To observe the effect of diltiazem intravenous injection on migraine. Methods: Thirty-four patients with acute migraine (6 males, 28 females; age 31 ± s5a) were treated with diltiazem 10mg and 25% glucose solution 20mL intravenously. All patients were injected only once. Results: The headache disappeared or relieved in 29 cases, the effective rate was 85%, no one case of adverse reactions. Conclusion: Diltiazem is effective in acute migraine attacks and warrants further application.
