搓挤压工艺已被广泛应用在标准件螺钉制造中螺纹的一次加工。另外,搓挤压工艺也可用来提高电器、无线电、仪器仪表等行业中圆轴、圆柱类零件的表面粗糙度和加工精度。现将有关情况介绍如下: 1.搓板设计图1中的动、静搓板是搓挤压工艺中的主要零件。现以Z-25-12自动搓丝机为例,动搓板和静搓板的几何形状及尺寸见图2、3。搓板材料为Cr12钢,热处理硬度为HRC60~64,搓板可加工零件的外形最大尺寸为φ10×100mm。 2.调整方法圆轴、圆柱类零件采用搓挤压工艺与螺钉的螺纹加工一样,其效果的好坏,主要是搓板开档距离的调整。调整方法如下:
