我們從去年十一月二十三日到十二月二十八日,先後視察了南京師範學院、華東師範大学、浙江師範學院和華中師範學院四個學校。 這次視察重點是學校行政领導和教学领导工作,包括學校领導機構,分工職掌,思想、政治工作,系和教研组的工作。通過重點检查,着重了解各院(校)在一九五三年高等師範教育會议後贯徹前中央人民政府政務院「關於改進和發展高等師範教育的指示」的情況,以及一九五四年部颁師範学院、師範專科学校暫行教學計劃,部分師範學校试行教學大綱和一九五四年各院(校)自己的工作計劃的執行情况。由於受到视察時間的限制,我們這次對各院(校)的工作還了解得不够全面和深入。我曾經比喻说,教育都這次是下廠了,但还沒有深入到車间,洞察車間操作的全盤情況。因此,我们對各院(校)工作,还难作出全面的、十分正確的判斷,我祇能就各校總的工作情況和這次在各校接触到的幾個主要問题提出報告如下: 一總的工作情況 先谈谈这四個学校總的工作情况。
From November 23 last year to December 28 last year, we inspected four schools, namely, Nanjing Normal University, East China Normal University, Zhejiang Normal University and Central China Normal University. The inspection focused on the leadership of the school administration and teaching leadership, including the school leadership, division of labor, ideological and political work, department and teaching and research work. Through key examinations, we focused on understanding the implementation of the directives of the former Central People’s Government Government Office on improving and developing higher education for teachers after the Higher Normal Education Conference held in 1953, The Ministry of Education, the Teachers College, the Tertiary Education Teachers College, the Tertiary Vocational Education Tertiary Teaching Plan, some of the normal school teaching syllabus and 1954 (school) their own work plan implementation. Due to the limitation of the inspection hours, we did not understand the work of various schools (schools) comprehensively and thoroughly this time. I used to say that education is getting off the factory this time. However, it has not gone deep into the workshop to see the overall situation in the operation of the workshop. Therefore, it is still difficult for us to make comprehensive and very correct judgments on the work of various institutions (schools). I can only report on the general work done by the various schools and on several major issues that I have encountered at various schools this time: The working conditions of the four schools first talk about the overall work.
