素质教育的核心目标是促进全体学生的全面发展,但在教育教学评价体系中,考试分数作为一个重要的尺度,无形中把学生分成了三六九等,因此就有了许多所谓的“学困生”。其实,学生的“差异”是客观存在的,而每个人的潜力又是无穷的。如果以科学的理念、合理的方式施教,就能让“学困生”转化,甚至不再有“学困生”。
The core goal of quality education is to promote the all-round development of all students. However, in the evaluation system of education and teaching, the test score is an important criterion that virtually divides students into 369 classes.
