用体外单细胞定量法研究中性粒细胞(PMN)和血管内皮细胞(VEC)的粘附性。结果发现:脂多糖内毒素(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)均可诱导VEC粘附性迅速升高,12h后达高峰。TNF和LPS两者可导致PMN粘附性迅速升高,30min达高峰,以后基本保持该状态,IL-1则对PMN的粘附性无明显影响。实验结果提示主要前炎性因子在导致PMN-VEC粘附性增高作用上有很高的一致性,但也有一定差别。
In vitro single cell quantitation was used to study the adhesion of neutrophils (PMNs) and vascular endothelial cells (VECs). The results showed that the lipopolysaccharide (LPS), tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) could induce the VEC adhesion to rise rapidly and reach the peak at 12h. Both TNF and LPS resulted in the rapid increase of PMN adhesion and reached its peak at 30 min, and remained basically unchanged afterwards. IL-1 had no significant effect on PMN adhesion. The experimental results suggest that the major proinflammatory factors have a high degree of consistency in the effect of increasing the PMN-VEC adhesion, but there are also some differences.
