乙型肝炎是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。分析乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)的进化过程,可以获得HBV序列间的亲疏进化关系,进而为乙型肝炎的预测、治疗等方面研究提供依据。为了研究乙肝病毒样本的基因亚型,本文使用序列分析方法对采集到的临床HBV序列和公共核酸数据库的HBV数据集进行系统进化树构建和序列结构分析。结果显示,样本中有一条克隆序列的C基因区域是一种新的HBV B/C混合亚型。并且,实验结果还验证了云南省西双版纳州HBV新亚型HBV/B6的存在。本文的实验结论对云南省少数民族聚居地区乙型肝炎病毒的系统进化研究具有一定的价值。
Hepatitis B is one of the most serious diseases that threaten human health. By analyzing the evolutionary process of Hepatitis B virus (HBV), we can get the relationship between the sequences of HBV, and then provide the basis for the study of hepatitis B prediction and treatment. In order to study the genotypes of hepatitis B virus samples, the sequence analysis method was used to construct the phylogenetic tree and sequence structure analysis of the collected HBV data sets of clinical HBV sequences and common nucleic acid databases. The results showed that the C gene region with a cloned sequence in the sample is a novel HBV B / C mixed subtype. Moreover, the experimental results also verify the existence of the HBV subtype HBV / B6 in Xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The experimental conclusion of this paper is of certain value for the systematic study of the evolution of hepatitis B virus in areas inhabited by ethnic minorities in Yunnan Province.
