随着我国社会的不断发展进步,事业单位原有的工资分配方式已经与现实需求相脱节,不能够很好的促进事业单位的发展与调动职工的积极性。因此,在国务院的号召和带动下,自2010年1月起,我国事业单位全面实施绩效工资改革。本文将从事业单位绩效工资的含义、改革的基本原则、改革的作用与意义等方面进行探索与研究。
With the constant development and progress of our society, the existing means of distribution of salaries in public institutions have been out of step with the actual needs and can not well promote the development of public institutions and mobilize the enthusiasm of the workers. Therefore, under the call and drive of the State Council, since January 2010, the public institutions in China have fully implemented the performance-based wage reform. This article will explore and study the meaning of the performance pay of institutions, the basic principles of reform, the role and significance of reform.
