目的:探讨对糖尿病肾病伴慢性肾功能衰竭患者实施中西医结合治疗与护理干预所取得的临床效果。方法:选取2016年度期间收治的102例糖尿病肾病伴肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机原则分为两组,每组各51例;其中对照组实施西医治疗及常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上加用健脾补肾汤治疗,通过比较相关指标进行回顾性分析。结果:通过比较可知,治疗后的生化指标水平比治疗前均明显有所改善,且试验组比对照组改善更为明显,差异显著;且试验组的并发症率明显低于对照组的总并发症率。结论:对糖尿病肾病伴慢性肾功能衰竭患者实施中西医结合治疗与护理干预能取得较好的临床效果,值得临床进一步推广和使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Integrative Treatment and Nursing Intervention on patients with diabetic nephropathy and chronic renal failure. Methods: A total of 102 patients with diabetic nephropathy and renal failure who were treated during 2016 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups (n = 51 in each group).
