随着工业水平的不断发展,机械设备已逐步地由手动操作转变为自动控制,可编程序控制器(PLC)近年来发展极为迅速,应用面非常广泛。本文就是可编程序控制器在工业控制中制造领域的一个实际应用项目。着重研究了一个基于PLC控制的绝缘耐压测试装置的改造项目。为了实现资源的充分利用和满足生产的实际需要,对现有的绝缘耐压测试装置的控制机能进行了改造。由原来的一个绝缘耐压测试器仅控制一个试验夹具装置,转变成一个绝缘耐压测试器可以控制两个试验夹具装置,并依据生产线的布置需求很好地控制了两者的先后试验顺序。既节省了工作时间又节约了成本,起到了提高生产效率的作用。
With the continuous development of the industrial level, the mechanical equipment has gradually been changed from manual operation to automatic control. The programmable logic controller (PLC) has developed rapidly in recent years and has a wide range of applications. This article is a practical application of programmable logic controller in the field of industrial control. Focus on a PLC-based control of the insulation pressure test device transformation project. In order to realize the full utilization of resources and meet the actual needs of production, the control function of the existing insulation withstand voltage test equipment has been modified. From the original one, a tester can control only one fixture and convert it into an insulation tester to control two fixture devices and control the order of the two according to the layout of the production line. This not only saves the working time but also saves the cost and plays the role of improving the production efficiency.
