企业基层党组织建设是中国共产党基层党建工作的重要组成部分,是企业高层与企业员工联系一个有效途径。一方面,企业基层党组织发挥自身的团结广大员工及其先锋带头作用,组织员工开展富有创造性的生产劳动:另一方面,企业基层党组织也会及时向企业管理者反馈企业员工的困难与问题,为群众解困排忧。然而,目前企业基层党组织的建设仍然使用传统的方式,信息化水平落后。党组织不仅工作效率低下,而且还存在着这样或那样的困难。本文针对企业基层党组织工作效率低下等问题,结合企业基层党组织党建工作的特点,提出企业党组织的党建工作采用基本信息管理系统。有效地提高企业党组织工作的效率、保证了工作质量,同时也方便党组织与普通员工之间的联系,扩大了企业基层党组织在企业员工中的影响力。

This paper aims at the problems such as low efficiency of the grass-roots party organizations in the enterprise and other issues. Based on the characteristics of the party building in the grassroots organizations, this paper proposes that the party building should be based on the basic information management system. Effectively improve the efficiency of the work of the party organizations, ensure the quality of work, but also to facilitate the link between the party organizations and ordinary employees, and expand the influence of the grassroots party organizations in the enterprise employees.
