根据现有的某导弹地面测试设备故障数据信息, 采用定时截尾方法对设备的平均故障间隔时间和首翻期, 以及各分系统的平均故障间隔时间进行了评估, 给出了设备的定期检测周期和首翻期以及设备的薄弱环节, 为该设备的维修改革提供了依据.
