铍的化合物有毒性,由于种种原因可能使水受到污染,因此,对水中痕量铍的测定具有重要意义。本文利用活性碳对金属离子与有机化合物所生成络合物的吸附作用,提出了使铍与铬天青S(CAS)、氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)生成三元络合物,用活性碳吸附分离富集,用盐酸洗脱,再以Be—CAS—CPC分光光度法测定铍的方法。用此法测定水中痕量铍,较现有的方法为简便、快速,并能得到满意的结果。
Beryllium compounds are toxic and may contaminate water for various reasons. Therefore, it is of great significance to the determination of trace beryllium in water. In this paper, the adsorption of complex ions between metal ions and organic compounds by activated carbon has been proposed to generate ternary complexes of beryllium with chrome azure S (CAS) and cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) Activated carbon adsorption separation and enrichment, eluting with hydrochloric acid, and then Be-CAS-CPC spectrophotometric determination of beryllium. Determination of trace amounts of beryllium in water by this method is simpler, faster and more satisfactory than the existing methods.
