本文简单介绍了韶山1型电力机车构架侧梁双头 CO_2自动焊装置的构造、动作特点和焊接工艺。通过多年的生产使用,证明该装置按施行的焊接工艺生产,可保证产品质量,减轻劳动强度,工作效率比手工焊高3倍,此埋弧焊高1.5倍,而且在节约焊料、降低电耗、减少变形和调修量方面也取得了较好的效果。该装置还可用于韶山3型和韶山10型电力机车转向架的焊接。
This article briefly introduces the structure, operation characteristics and welding process of the double-head CO_2 automatic welding device for side frame beam of Shaoshan 1 electric locomotive. Through years of production and use, it proves that the device is manufactured according to the welding process, which can ensure the product quality and reduce labor intensity. The work efficiency is 3 times higher than manual welding and the submerged arc welding is 1.5 times higher, saving the solder and reducing the power consumption , Reduce the deformation and the amount of repair also achieved good results.
