针对金属板材单点渐进成形中受力不均、易引起各种失稳且耗时长等问题,本文在金属板材多点复合渐进成形的基础上,提出了方锥台制件的两种加工路径。通过建立路径1和路径2的有限元模型,设定合理的工艺参数,再对成形件的等效塑性应变、成形精度、壁厚等模拟结果的对比分析表明,较路径2而言,板材以路径1方式进行成形时所获得的最大等效塑性应变较小、相邻塑性应变变化量小、变形更均匀,所得到的制件底部鼓包小、与理论轮廓偏离小、外形精度较高,所获取的制件的最小壁厚更大、壁厚更均匀,路径1更适合金属板材多点复合渐进成形。
Aiming at the problems of uneven force in single-point progressive forming of sheet metal and easy to cause all kinds of instability and time-consuming, this paper proposes two processing paths of square-cone workpiece on the basis of multi-point progressive forming of sheet metal . Through the establishment of the finite element model of path 1 and path 2, the reasonable process parameters are set, and the comparative analysis of the equivalent plastic strain, forming precision and wall thickness of the formed part shows that compared with the path 2, The maximum equivalent plastic strain obtained by the method of path 1 is smaller, the variation of adjacent plastic strain is smaller and the deformation is more uniform. The resulting bottom of the drum is small, deviating from the theoretical contour and the shape accuracy is high The minimum wall thickness of the obtained parts is larger and the wall thickness is more uniform. The path 1 is more suitable for the multi-point composite progressive forming of the metal plate.
