目的建立利用微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收法测定平湖糟蛋中锌含量的检测方法。方法加入8 mL HNO3+2 mL H2O2组成的消化液,采用多阶段程序升温,最后微波消解-火焰原子吸收法测定。结果测得平湖糟蛋中锌含量范围18.10~24.76 mg/kg,锌的回收率96.45%~103.27%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为2.07%。结论本方法操作简便、污染少、回收率高,测定结果准确可靠。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of zinc in Pinghu Lake eggs by microwave digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The digestive juice consisted of 8 mL HNO3 + 2 mL H2O2 was added into the digestion solution. The temperature of the digestion solution was determined by multi-stage temperature-programmed desorption and microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the zinc content in Pinghu eggs ranged from 18.10 to 24.76 mg / kg, the zinc recoveries ranged from 96.45% to 103.27%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.07%. Conclusion The method is simple, less pollution, high recovery rate, the determination of the results is accurate and reliable.
