本文计算了内聚光膜式全玻璃真空太阳集热管在烘烤排气过程中的排气量,提出了一种定量表征其真空品质的方法,然后通过集热管高温烘烤———加速老化实验对其真空性能进行了验证,首次利用内聚光膜式集热管高温烘烤过程中铝膜温度随老化时间的变化曲线表征其真空性能,且效果良好。实践表明,这种定量分析结合实验验证的方法表征内聚光膜式集热管真空品质是行之有效的。
In this paper, we calculate the exhaust volume of coke film-type all-glass vacuum solar collector tube during baking and exhausting, and propose a method to quantitatively characterize its vacuum quality. Then, The vacuum performance of the film was verified by experiments. The vacuum performance of the aluminum film was characterized by the curve of the aging time during the high temperature bake of the condenser tube, and the effect was good. Practice shows that this quantitative analysis combined with experimental verification of the characterization of the condenser vacuum tube heat pipe vacuum quality is effective.
