人最珍贵的是生命,生命的活力与延长在于健康,可见健康对生命的重要。健康长寿一直是人们追求的美好理想和普遍期盼。但如何才能做到身体健康,这是个很值得重视和研究探讨的问题。我今年84岁,身体很健康,很少得病。在我多年的健身活动中,逐渐形成了我的健身理念,也就是按照健康四要素,进行健身活动,实践证明,效果不错。健康四要素是:一、满足生理的基本物质需要是健康之本只有满足生理需要,才能确保人体各器官的机能正常的健康的运行,生理需要有非物质需要和物质需要。
The most precious is life, the vitality and extension of life lies in the health, we can see the importance of health to life. Health and longevity have always been the ideal and common aspiration of people. However, how to achieve good health is a question that deserves our attention and research. I am 84 years old. I am healthy and seldom get sick. In my years of fitness activities, and gradually formed my fitness philosophy, that is, in accordance with the four elements of health, fitness activities, the practice proved to be good.
