事业单位是推动我国社会稳定发展的重要组织,在我国社会主义建设当中发挥着不可替代的作用。在事业单位正常营运过程中,人事调动及档案更新时有发生。然而,部分事业单位在人事档案管理方面存在一定不足,对相关工作产生了一定影响,进而给事业单位整体营运带来了一定阻碍。基于此,本文对当前事业单位人事档案管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相关建议,以供参考。
Institutions are important organizations that promote the steady development of our society and play an irreplaceable role in the socialist construction in our country. In the normal operation of public institutions, personnel transfer and file updates have occurred. However, some PSUs have some deficiencies in personnel file management and have some impact on related work, which in turn has caused certain obstacles to the overall operation of PSUs. Based on this, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of personnel file management in public institutions, and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
