环境,对一个人的成长虽不起决定作用,但也有极其重要的意义。少年儿童的心灵犹如白玉般纯洁无暇,对周围的一切充满好奇,但他们单纯、幼稚、无阅历,对生活中的真假、善恶、美丑荣辱等都缺乏辨别能力。因此,要培养学生良好的思想品德,不仅要求教师面对学生进行晓之以理、导之以行的教育,更重要的是创设良好的学习、生活环境,使之耳濡目染得到真善美的熏陶。正因如此,班主任应从以下三方面创设良好的德育环境:
Although the environment does not play a decisive role in the growth of a person, it is of extremely important significance. The children’s hearts are as pure and innocent as white jade, full of curiosity about everything around them, but they are simple, naive and inexperienced, lacking the ability to discern the true and false in life, good and evil, beauty and ugliness. Therefore, to cultivate students’ good ideological and moral qualities requires not only teachers to educate their students on the principles of dexterity and guidance, but more importantly, create a good learning and living environment so that they can be influenced by the true, the good and the beautiful. Because of this, the teacher should create a good moral education environment from the following three aspects:
