目的:对应用促肝细胞生长素对患有病毒性肝炎疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择在我院就诊的患有病毒性肝炎疾病的患者84例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组42例。采用茵栀黄注射液对对照组患者实施治疗;采用茵栀黄注射液与促肝细胞生长素联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果:治疗组患者用药治疗前后ALT和TBIL水平的改善幅度明显大于对照组;生化相关指标恢复正常时间和用药治疗总时间明显短于对照组;病毒性肝炎疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:应用促肝细胞生长素对患有病毒性肝炎疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical effect of using hepatocyte growth-promoting factor in the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis. Methods: Eighty-four patients with viral hepatitis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with an average of 42 in each group. The Yinzhihuang injection was used to treat patients in the control group. Yinzhihuang injection and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor were used to treat the patients in the treatment group. Results: The improvement rate of ALT and TBIL before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group. The biochemical indexes returned to normal time and the total treatment time was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The therapeutic effect of viral hepatitis was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The clinical effect of using hepatocyte growth-promoting hormone in the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis is very obvious.
