DCEL(全称:粉末直流电致发光)是一项最新的科研成果。它具有亮度高,使用灵活、功耗小、工艺简单、成本低等优点。在发光技术中是一种有广阔应用前途的器件。直至目前为止,只有英国已实际应用并投入生产,其余各国尚在研制阶段。中国科学院长春物理研究所研制的硫化锌、锰、铜粉末DCEL发光器件在我国是首创,在国际上也达到了先进水平。英国显示讯号及雷达中心首席科学官希尔森教授为中国发光板作了一系列测定后写出评价,
DCEL (full name: powder DC electroluminescence) is the latest scientific research achievement. It has the advantages of high brightness, flexible use, low power consumption, simple process, and low cost. In the lighting technology is a device with a wide application prospects.
