在煤矿企业中,青年员工思维开放、文化程度较高,是最具有智力和体力优势的且可塑性较强的群体,他们处于十分关键的地位,是企业得以进步和发展的希望所在。因而煤矿企业有针对性地做好青年员工的思想政治工作至关重要。本文论述了做好煤矿企业青年员工思想政治工作的必要性,当前思想政治工作存在的主要问题,以及新形势下做好煤矿企业青年员工思想政治工作的有效途径与策略。
Among the coal miners, the young employees are open-minded and have a high level of education. They are the most malleable and malleable groups with most intellectual and physical advantages. They are in a very crucial position to hope that their business can progress and develop. Therefore, it is of utmost importance for coal miners to carry out the ideological and political work of young employees in a targeted manner. This paper discusses the necessity of ideological and political work of young employees in coal mining enterprises, the main problems existing in current ideological and political work, and the effective ways and tactics of doing ideological and political work among young employees in coal mining enterprises in the new situation.
